Bosch, an Argentinian citizen, has been serving as director of investment funds at New York-based Tremblant Capital and is associated with Compass Group, the Latin American asset management firm. He co-founded the Argentinian affiliate of Compass, then stepping down from the operational business in 2010. He remains a member of its board of directors.

Bosch and Jordy will be replacing Sir Ronal Grierson and Dr Dominik Koechlin, who passed away in October 2014 and July 2015 respectively.
